Ironmaster URH
Like all IM products, this handle serves a multitude of exercises ranging from cable flyes to landmine rows. I primarily use the IM URH for lat pull down, low pulls, cable flyes, and landmine rows from a tiny 4 post rack. A must-buy if you have a small gym with minimal equipment. It will save you hundred of dollars on 10 + attachments that do the same thing as the IM URH. You can thank you me later :)

Versatile for Landmine, Lats, & Rows!
Long time IM user here. I can easily say this is one of the best home gym equipment purchases I have made in a while. This row handle can do it all! Works great with your landmine exercises and with your cable pull downs and cable rows. Just so much versatility for exercises and adjustments (narrow to wide). Just an overall great piece of equipment with the high quality of IM products. I was glad it came back in stock!

I've even used it for viking presses.

Easy to adjust the distance between grips with the pull pin.

You can use overhand, underhand, and neutral grip to hit muscles from all angles.

The ultimate row handle really is the ultimate cable and landmine attachment. It is really easy to use and quick to adjust. Feels really solid and is well built.

This is nitpicking, but if I had to be critical about anything, I wish the hole for landmine attachment was lined with some UHMW plastic so it slides on and off a little easier.

This really is the ultimate piece of gym equipment. With all the things it doubles, triples, and even quadruples as it is a must-buy! So many exercises (pulldowns, rows, flys, curls, etc.) you can do with this and the setup is super fast and simple. If you can get your hands on one you won't regret the purchase!

I have many cable attachments and by far this is now my absolute favorite , favorite one. It's basically an all in one . Different variations of lat pull downs and low rows. Triceps and bicep workouts. I threw on some fat gripz and man oh man did it make a killer combination. I have a all in one functional trainer and with this attachment I am able to free up one weight stack for chest flys which I do a lot. It works so well for flys and presses just like using both stacks! The functional trainer I use is a 2:1 ratio meaning that its actually half the weight. But I am now able to utilize both weight stacks for lat pull downs and low rows because of the 2 carabiner hooks up this attachment has on each end. You become creative with the equipment you have in your home gym.
Now as for the quality , it's and absolute beauty! I could not work out in my home gym for a couple days upon receiving because I was on my running days. Now I know this might sound weird, For those couple of days I slept with this attachment on the side of my bed. I could not messing with it because I am so impressed by its beauty and solid build quality. I am very lucky my wife has not left me yet lol!

I ordered this around midnight. When I checked the website the next morning they showed as shipped already. I was skeptical, but they arrived at my doorstep a few days later.

The attachment is excellent. Heavy and durable looking with nice strong welds. The adjustable slide mechanism slides smoothly, and the handles lock into place securely. It is like buying a landmine handle and getting an assortment of different bars for lat pulldowns and cable rows as well. It has been a great addition to my garage gym. Thanks Ironmaster!

One of the best investments I've made in years. Include the landmine and your back will receive the best all round workout ever. At first I hesitated with this purchased, but now after a few workouts great attachments for my gym.

Amazing addition to my Ironmaster system. Super construction and incredibly versatile. Adjustments allow a much deeper level of muscle development than I expected. Learning new ways to integrate this into my sets. Will buy cable attachments as soon as they are available.

I've been using this bar on my lat pulldown and low row and it works very well and has a ton of adjustment points which makes it very versatile. The one area that could be improved a bit is the knurling on the handles which is very passive and doesn't provide much grip. I'll probably try using grip tape of some kind to help it out because the passive/shallow knurling gets really slick at heavier weights and I don't want to have to use chalk.

Well designed and efficient cable attachment. This was the missing piece I needed for great cable row and lat pulldowns. Easy to adjust and still lightweight enough to easily maneuver. The only negative part about it is that the knurling could be better. I wish it was closer to the knurling on the adjustable dumbbells, but it's still great and better than most knurling out there.

The more I use the URH the more impressed I am with it and the more I love it. It really is everything I need for back work. The size, the angles are perfect. Only minor quibble I might have is the knurling is a bit passive but that is literally the only "con" I can come up with. It's just perfect or lat pull downs or any sort of row movement. I am really surprised there aren't more videos about it on Youtube. Just a great piece of equipment. Thank You Iron master!

Exactly what I was looking for as an all in one attachment. Knurling is not sharp but I'd suggest straps if it's a problem. Neutral grip, straight grip and can be used for t-bar rows.... I couldn't have asked for more in a single attachment.
