You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product without giving a reason, starting from the day of receipt of the product. From the time of the return notification, you have 14 more days to send back the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. The return shipping costs are for your account. We will credit the amount within 14 days. You can also use the model form.

Ironmaster will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery charges made by Ironmaster for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), immediately but within 14 days of the consumer informing them of the revocation. Ironmaster will use the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer. 

Process

1. You report your return via your Ironmaster account or send the attached completed return form to [email protected].

2. You receive your return instructions within 1 working day Depending on the product, you bring the product to the nearest parcel point or the product is picked up at home.

3. We receive your return and check if it is in good condition.

4. We process your return and refund your money or exchange your order (this takes 2-5 working days).
