The wide position is suitable for Olympic barbells, provided your bar has at least 122 cm of space between the inside collars. Shorter bars may have limited dimensions, so always check this before use. Smaller straight bars, such as the Ironmaster Straight Bar, fit in the narrow position. Use the wide position whenever your barbell is long enough.

The Barbell Adapters are height adjustable in 5 cm increments, allowing you to position the barbell correctly for different exercises and bench angles.
