Low row foot plate
Worked well with my Marcy smith machine. I I too off plastic over and slide right in. No I can do a few different rows

Glad I decided to get this
I vacillated about including this item in the bundle since the pulley frame already has two small blocks where you can brace your feet. Obviously, I ultimately decided to include it, and I am very glad I did. The plate not only gives full purchase on your feet, it extends a bit farther from the pulley so you can use a variety of handles and still get full tension for the entire stroke. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't have hesitated.

Low row foot plate
Another great attachment by iron master. The ironmaster 2000 has been one of my favorite gym purchase due to the compact size, but has unlimited possibilities!

Low Row Foot Plate
I love this and use this for my IM2000. I love that it fits perfectly on the accessory tree and gives me a few more inches to get better contractions. Especially helpful if you 6'3" or taller like I am. Its heavy duty to. I am planning to build a rowing platform to do cardio on my IM2000 and this makes it work great.
