With the Ironmaster Hyper Core Attachment, you can turn your Super Bench or Super Bench PRO V2 into a compact hyperextension station. Combined with the Super Bench PRO V2, you train at a 45-degree angle; with the original Super Bench, the angle is 40 degrees. This lets you train your lower back, abdominal muscles and obliques without adding a separate Roman chair or back extension machine to your home gym.

More exercise variety for your entire core
The Hyper Core Attachment is more than just a lower back trainer. Use it for hyperextensions, reverse hyperextensions, Roman chair sit-ups and oblique crunches. This allows you to train not only your lower back, but also your abs, obliques, glutes and hamstrings. Want to make the movement heavier? Hold a dumbbell or weight plate for additional resistance.

Adjustable and compatible with multiple Ironmaster setups
The adjustable foot support allows you to set the Hyper Core Attachment for different user heights. The attachment fits the Ironmaster Super Bench and Super Bench PRO V2, and can also be used with the Ironmaster Cable Tower Seat. This means you can also use the Hyper Core without your Super Bench, provided you have the Cable Tower Seat.

The Hyper Core Attachment is made from welded steel with a durable powder-coated finish and supports up to 136 kg. The attachment locks into the 5-degree position of the bench adjustment ring for a stable training setup. The foot support is strong enough for bodyweight training and added resistance with a dumbbell or plate. Grip Vinyl upholstery on the rollers and pad is included for added traction and durability.
