Angled handles for variable grip width
The updated design features angled handles, allowing you to choose your own grip width. The grip width ranges from 51 to 63.5 cm depending on where you hold the handles. This allows you to better match the load to your build, exercise and preference. The rubber handles have a diameter of 3.8 cm and a 24 cm grip area for secure and comfortable handling during dips and bodyweight exercises.

Strong enough for intensive training
The Dip Handles support up to 159 kg and are made for serious strength training at home. The rubber handles provide grip and comfort, while the rest of the bar is finished with a textured powder coating. Quick assembly and secure locking
The dip handles are supplied with the required M10 bolts and Allen key for assembly. Once assembled, slide the attachment into the central frame tube of your Super Bench or Super Bench PRO V2 and lock it with the pin. The Dip Handles can be positioned at three heights, from 127 to 133 cm from the floor, so you can always train comfortably.
