Work great, easy to adjust, and instantly turns your IM2000 into a free bar half rack. My only complaint is that there isnÂ’t any rubber or protective coating on the parts where the barbell makes contact. If you have a bar with aggressive knurling, it can scrap the paint off of these. That as easy enough to put on yourself though.

As someone else mentioned I also have the old style. I made them a bit quicker to install by using a square wire lock pin used with trailering and hitches. But this up date looks really nice and I like that it's used for the spotting arms that I was thinking of getting. I've had my IM2000 and Super bench for over 10 years and it was a great investment in my fitness!

These allow me to go all out safely. I was able to find sweet spots that provide full-motion yet still be extremely safe when going to failure. Great alternative when you can't have a spotter.

Very well made. Great addition to my Ironmaster system. You guys should consider making a Nordic addition to the Pro Bench.
