Easy to change weights
Changing the weight is so simple it’s possible with one hand only. All it requires is turning the locking mechanism 90 degrees and the locking pin comes loose. Changing weights requires less than 15 seconds.
Easy to expand weights
The dumbbell set offers a weight range from 2.2 – 20.4kg. However the handles and locking screws can carry as much as 34kg (75lb) using additional weight plates. When adding any of the add-on kits, the dumbbell can be extended to hold up to 74kg (165lb) per dumbbell. The weight plates required are compatible with the Kettlebell, EZ Curlbar or Straight bar.
