Shipping Conditions

All products you can order are in stock in the Netherlands. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 19:00 will be shipped the same day.

On Fridays, orders placed before 16:00 will also be shipped the same day.

We deliver standardly to the front door of your home or building, but only on the ground floor. After that, you must carry the order inside yourself.

At Ironmaster, we strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible. You help make this possible by receiving our products directly at the first door on the street from the driver.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product without giving a reason, starting from the day of receipt of the product. From the time of the return notification, you have 14 more days to send back the product. During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning – as you would in a physical store. The product must be returned in suitable packaging and, if possible, in its original packaging.

We will credit the amount within 14 days. You can also use the model form.

Ironmaster will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery charges made by Ironmaster for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), immediately but within 14 days of the consumer informing them of the revocation. Ironmaster will use the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer. 

Process

1. You report your return via your Ironmaster account or send the attached completed return form to sales.online@ironmaster-eu.com.
2. You receive your return instructions within 1 working day Depending on the product, you bring the product to the nearest parcel point or the product is picked up at home.
3. The return address is : Ironmaster - Purmerweg 5 - 1311XE - Almere - Netherlands
4. We receive your return and check if it is in good condition.
5. We process your return and refund your money or exchange your order (this takes 2-5 working days).
