It is not possible to change your order. This is because the products you ordered are often prepared for shipment immediately. Did you accidentally order the wrong product or have you changed your mind? In that case, we can cancel the order for you, as long as it has not yet been prepared for shipment. To do this, please contact our customer service as soon as possible on +31 (0) 36 5460050 or send an email to: sales.online@ironmaster-eu.com
Is it too late to cancel? Then you can refuse the package at the door. The package will then be returned to our warehouse and we will treat it as a return.
How can I place an order?
How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order at Ironmaster. Follow the steps below:
Choose your products. On the product page, select the quantity you wish to order and then click on 'Add to cart' to place the products in your shopping cart. You can find the shopping cart at the top right of our website.
Next, you can go to ‘Proceed to checkout’ via your shopping cart. Go through the checkout process to finalize the order. Check all fields.
If you already have an account, log in with your email address and password. New customers can easily create an account after checkout.
If everything is correct, click on ‘Buy’, after which you will be redirected to your chosen payment method.
Once you have successfully completed all steps, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then process your order and prepare it for shipment. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you the track & trace code so you can track the shipment.

We can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped. We can notify the carrier of a change, but this does not always work correctly. We therefore advise you to carefully check the order.

All products available for order are in stock in the Netherlands. Orders placed Monday through Thursday until 17:00 are shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Friday before 14:00 are shipped the same day. We ship to the following countries with corresponding indicative delivery times:

We only ship complete orders. If a product is out of stock, the order will not be shipped. As soon as a product is out of stock, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.

The product may be shipped in multiple packages due to its weight. You can check the tracking to see when the second package will be delivered. Please wait a few days; if it has not arrived by then, please contact us so we can check.

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. This cooling-off period begins on the day you received the product.
From the moment you have notified us of the return, you have another 14 days to return the product.
During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality – just as you would in a physical store. The product must be returned in suitable packaging and, if possible, in the original packaging.
The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.

Yes, it is possible to receive multiple labels. You must first create the first one yourself, so that we can add the necessary labels to it.

We will refund your money after we have received the returned product; this can take 5 to 10 days. The amount will be credited to the payment method used.
