With the Ironmaster Super Bench Leg attachment You can easily lay extensions and leg curls using the very versatile Iron master Super Bench.
Lying on your stomach this attachment is used for leg curls. Sitting, the leg attachment is used for leg extensions.

The Ironmaster Super Bench Leg attachment is designed for heavy duty and that can withstand traps and bumps during exercise. It has a smooth lageractie and can be used with standard Ironmaster Quick-Lock Weight plates. It is also possible to use Olympic plates with the included Olympic Sleeve adapter.

For added comfort and robustness, Ironmaster uses foam rollers that are heavily taxable. These pads can also be adjusted in two positions for shorter and longer legs. This attachment is suitable for up to 90.7 kg use.

Please note that due to the height of the Super Bench, users of 190 cm or longer may have a restriction on the ground clearance. This can be easily remedied by placing the Super Bench a notch higher for more slack. You can also place a wood block of 7.6 cm under the support base if desired.
