Unlike most crunch attachments, the Ironmaster Crunch attachment attaches to the Super Bench, so you can do abdominal exercises with a wide range of difficulty levels, angles and intensity.

    This attachment not only offers the ability to train at home to perform your belly. You can create steep, angled sit ups but also use it for decline dumbbell fly or dumbbell and barbell presses!

    The Ironmaster Super Bench Crunch Attachment has a handle that you can hold while you get in position for sit ups and/or crunches. Just hold the lever down, place your knees over the upper cushions and jevoeten under the front pads… Very easy!
