Gericht trainen van quads en hamstrings Met de Ironmaster Leg Attachment voeg je effectieve isolatie-oefeningen toe aan je Super Bench PRO V2. Zittend gebruik je de attachment voor leg extensions om je quads gericht te trainen. Liggend op je buik gebruik je hem voor leg curls om je hamstrings aan te pakken. Zo voeg je echte beentraining toe aan je homegym zonder een groot los leg extension of leg curl apparaat neer te zetten.
Soepele beweging met zware belasting De Leg Attachment is gebouwd voor intensief gebruik en kan tot 90 kg worden belast. De stevige constructie en soepel draaiende as zorgen voor een gecontroleerde beweging, ook wanneer je zwaarder traint. Dat maakt de attachment geschikt voor zowel eenzijdige als tweezijdige oefeningen, afhankelijk van je trainingsdoel en niveau.
Geschikt voor meerdere soorten halterschijven Je kunt de Ironmaster Leg Attachment gebruiken met standaard halterschijven en met Olympische halterschijven dankzij de meegeleverde Olympische sleeve adapter. Ook Ironmaster Quick-Lock halterschijven kunnen worden gebruikt, tot 45 kg op de standaard plate holder. Let op: oudere Quick-Lock halterschijven van vóór 2011 kunnen mogelijk niet passen door de diameter van het middengat.
Comfortabel en snel te plaatsen De schuimrollen van 10 x 18 cm zijn voorzien van vinyl hoezen en kunnen in 2 standen worden gemonteerd, zodat je de positie beter kunt afstemmen op kortere of langere benen. De attachment is snel te bevestigen op de Super Bench PRO V2. This thing is great for hamstring curls. I like it even better then the one at the gym. For me it keeps tension on the muscles better and that's awesome. For leg extensions however I wish the bars were a little longer would provide more comfort for doing both legs at a time. Other then that it's a great piece!

Leg Attachment PRO for Super Bench PRO Review
My 2nd add-on for the Super Bench Pro. Quick and easy assembly, easy to attach to the bench, and very smooth movement. I do the leg curls lying prone as well as single-leg standing by removing the top bar and pads from the unit (only takes a minute to remove and re-attach when done). Slow concentric and eccentric movement when perfroming both leg extensions and leg curls. Feels great and great value.

Leg Attachment PRO for Super Bench PRO Review
I was a little skeptical about buying this accessory but got it a month ago and must say it hits muscles you really can't hit easily and it does it as good as the ones in the gym. Since Covid I gave up my membership and have spent a fair amount with Ironmaster with no regrets. Works well, built like a brick house, what more can you ask for?

MUST HAVE Attachment for your Super Bench Pro!
I've purchased from Ironmaster a couple times now and can say that all of their products are consistently high quality. The leg attachment is sturdy and feels great for leg extensions. Setup was easy, packaging was fantastic (great move on adding the cardboard strip for the foam rolls), and shipping was very fast. No complaints here, solid 5/5

This accessory has a solid build unlike the cheaper bench leg attachments in your large chain stores. I don't feel like it gets overloaded when I put extra weight on it. Super.

Outstanding add-on
I've been adding more and more attachments to my IM SuperBench Pro. This one I was worried about the most. I've had other leg ext/curl attachments before and found them to be cheaply made. I have/had a standalone Parabody leg ext/curl that I've had for years and loved. I needed to make room in my gym and decided to try the IM attachment. This is by far the sturdiest I've ever used, the front stabilizer leg is the difference maker. That makes the attachment extremely sturdy and smooth. I actually prefer the feel of the lying leg curl on this over my old standalone unit. I sold the Parabody and this attachment takes up very little room. Great addition to my home gym.

Great piece to add to the gym
I had the original but I actually like this pro model more because I feel like it sits a little higher off the ground and as a 6 foot 2 inch tall guy the extra clearance helps. Bough for the home gym to incorporate some more leg exercises. Does it’s job very well.

A KEEPER
This was the first accessory in my sites after I pulled the trigger on the super bench pro, and it is officially on my "best purchases" list. It is pretty tough to really load hamstrings at home. This solves the problem riki tik. GET THIS piece of equipment. Not bad, Ironmaster...not bad at all, THANK YOU for building your products "gorilla-proof"!

Great Accessory
It’s good, well built, and does the job. Nice piece of equipment. When paired with the bench there is no wobble or instability at all due to the additional leg that is part of the extension. Would recommend!

Excellent attachment
Not everyone is a fan of leg extensions and leg curls, but I always wanted to work them into my lifts. The problem is that dedicated extension/curl machines are a little too cumbersome and expensive. Rack-attached extension/curl machines are a little better, but still a bit on the expensive side. This attachment was the best bang for your buck in my opinion. Also, IM customer support is great. I had an issue with my olympic sleeve adapter set screw, so I emailed IM to get some support. I emailed on a Saturday, and by Tuesday I already got an email apologizing for the issue and a tracking number for a replacement sleeve that was shipped to me. That's high quality service.

This is a great attachment to add on to the super bench making it even more versatile. I do wish I would have gotten it sooner. If I had any complaints or things I would like to see it would be two 1. I kind of wish there was a backrest, though this could just be me being used the dedicated gym versions. 2. It can be a little hard to remove the attachment if you have soft flooring, the foot of the attachment and the bench will sink down. Just have to lift up but this is more of dig on where I have it setup more than anything. SO yeah really no complaints, buy it, I am glad I did!
