Productomschrijving

Krijg effectieve triceps-, borst-, schouders• en buikspieroefeningen met één betaalbaar apparaat. Met de Dip attachment kan je veilig en comfortabel dips uitvoeren zonder de noodzaak voor andere grote apparaten. Richt je ook op de buikspieren met been- of knie raises wanneer je de handvatten naar de back pad van de Super Bench toe richt. Kan eenvoudig met de trekpen aan de Super Bench worden bevestigd.
Dikke rubberen grepen van 3.5 cm diameter.
Drie hoogteposities van 133.5 cm tot 137 cm van de vloer.
Zeer geschikt voor de ontwikkeling van triceps, borst.
Werkt ook erg goed voor het doen van been• / knie-verhogingen om de onderste buikspieren te richten!
Handvatten hebben rubberen handgrepen en zijn 58 cm breed.
Belastbaar tot 158kg!

Het dip attachment past eenvoudig in de b van de Super Bench en vergrendelt stevig op zijn plaats met een trekpen. Met een capaciteit van 350 pond kan vrijwel iedereen deze bijlage veilig gebruiken. Handvatten hebben ergonomische rubberen handgrepen die 58.5 cm breed zijn.

Bar Dip Handle for Super Bench/PRO

Great attachment to have along with the pull up bar. The bars are spaced correctly so that there is no shoulder pain like I had on the last bench I owned that had a dipping station. I especially like how you can turn it around and use it on the bench for ab work. This is a must have attachment and for the quality of construction the price is a bargain.

GREAT DIP BAR

Very simple and effective. I don't really like the thicker dip bars that diverge out. This is the perfect thickness and width for a proper dip.

Missed doing dips

Since I started working out at home I've missed not having a dip station. Now I do and it's great! The Bar Dip Handle is just right and rock solid, even on carpet. Great product!
