The multi-tool of benches

Love this bench, heavy, sturdy and so many attachments possible (leg extension, dip bar, etc) I wish I bought this a year ago. I have a smaller smith machine and in order to do incline and decline press, i needed a bench that could fit and not have legs that extended too far out in front or back - this was exactly what i needed.

Like many others, I thoroughly researched my bench purchase, and I have no regrets on selecting the Super Bench Pro V2. Somewhat silly name aside, I think it's an excellent bench that meets my needs perfectly. Between its sturdiness (quality construction), relative light weight (maneuverability), and all of the exercises you can perform with it (versatility), I can't think of a true competitor to it. Very happy with the purchase and recommend to those wanting a bench that serves a variety of purposes.

I have been very satisfied with the Pro Bench V2 the build quality phenomenal worth every penny. I also purchased the crunch situp attachment which is also the same build quality. It is any easy functional bench to change from on position to another, will definitely will be adding more attachments

I’d been doing research for months to figure out which adjustable bench to buy, and I’m so glad I came across this one.

Adjusting the bench is so easy to do, and my favorite part about the bench is that it is LIGHT without sacrificing stability.

Moving it around with the wheels is very easy, but it’s still light enough to pick up entirely and move around the gym.

I love using this bench and can’t recommend it enough.

Super Bench Pro V2 review

This is an awesome piece of equipment. I got the leg, preacher and dip station attachment. Very sturdy and worth every penny. I'm on the shorter side, 5-9" and the bench being lower to the ground is a great feature.

This thing is solid

Loving the new bench. I LOVE how when it's flat it's super solid with no gaps. But then flipping it up incline is easy and fast.

Because it's a one piece design it's really light. I can definitely see why it's getting hype. Best of both worlds. I'm really glad I bought it.

Excellent Bench

I did a lot of research and checked out several other benches, but they all seemed somewhat flimsy to me. The Super Bench Pro V2 is extremely sturdy, though. Very comfortable bench to use and your body feels well "planted" while using it. I use it for both flat and incline exercises. The foot pedal to adjust the bench is fantastic - quick and easy to use. I also got the dip bar attachment which works very well. Handles are comfortable and the spacing between the handles is good. Overall, an excellent product. The bench is so well designed and made that I don't see myself getting another bench for many, many years.

Amazing Versatile Bench

I waited a few weeks using this bench before writing this review. This bench is the third bench I have had in 20 years. What sets this bench apart from others is the versatility and ease of set up of the bench. The foot lever is brilliant making adjustments super fast! A plus of the design is NOT having to adjust a seat angle as second step. Sliding in the seat into position is much easier than adjusting the angle just right on other benches. The x3 positions for the seat allow you to set the seat high when doing prone exercises on the bench. For example, prone incline dumb bell rows allow you to support your spine, sit on the bench seat and allows you to keep your face over the edge of the bench and not smashed into the pad like in other designs. Doing decline press is great when you use the crunch sit up attachment. You are solidly supported with out wobble once the locking screw is tightened. Additionally, unlike other premium benches, this thing does not weigh a ton which makes it easier for my significant other to move it around. I would suggest getting a second set of wheels if you like do alot of work in a power rack. The extra set of wheels allow you move either end of the bench into position without much effort. I only wish I had bought this bench sooner, I'm very happy with it and I think many people will have the same experience.

Super Bench Pro V2

I LOVE my new bench so much!! I was searching for so long and this one fits like a glove!! I can achieve any angle I want (and I am super picky). The SBPV2 is the only one I that I found that is light weight and has a seat that is 90 degrees perpendicular to the bench. It gives the feel of the bench at my gym because it supports my back in the right place. I can't tell you how happy I am with this purchase!

Rock solid

I have always been a long-distance cardio athlete but recently started adding in strength training, starting modestly with Ironmaster dumbbells and the Super Bench Pro V2. I am very impressed with how stable the bench is. Also in various incline settings it still does not move at all. This gives a lot of confidence to add more weight and train harder, knowing that I am fully supported.

With my very limited background in strength training (i.e., I am weak) it is a pretty heavy bench and awkward to pick up and move around. This is why the built-in handles and wheels are very welcome. With some other brands, you have to pay extra for handle and wheels, so I really like this feature.

Altogether, I am very pleased with my purchase. It is the center of my home strength training practice and I have the impression that it will last for years.

Innovation in a world of where everyone is copying each other!

I just received our bench this week and absolutely love it. I spent months fretting over whether I wanted to spring the cash for Rep, Rogue, or one of the other smaller brands. All the other adjustable benches seemed like copies of one another. The bigger brands also charge hundreds of dollars more to get basic features such as the ability to add attachments and force you to buy their premium models.

The bench is extremely stable. With the dip attachment, it is stable as a rock with all 220 lbs of me on it. Also, some review videos said that the adjustment lever IS NOT easier than typical pin models for adjusting the angle of the bench. These opinions are WRONG. The lever makes adjusting the angle SO easy. I have been lifting for 12 years and have used many adjustable benches. This is the best by far.

I plan on expanding my Ironmaster footprint in my personal gym! I love this product. I found them through Youtube review videos.

Best bench ever made

I've had this bench for almost 2 years, I started out using a budget online bench and I didn't like it. I should have bought this bench from the start. Height is lower than other benches which is perfect for me as I'm 5 6, 170lbs. In the rack, I can plant my feet to bench. Hybrid pad is great, comfortable and sturdy. After all this time it still looks new. Incline adjustment foot pedal is super easy to use and know what angle you're using. The seat slots right into the side attachments and gives a very sturdy incline bench. I put the seat at the highest height for shoulder presses, but I prefer to be lower to the ground so I bought the seated press attachment as well. One of the highest quality benches I've seen with a great price and a large selection of sturdy high quality attachments. If you're looking around for a bench for your home gym, I highly recommend skipping the budget options and go straight for this bench. Don't make the mistake I did.

Stunning

I needed a bench for a small workout area that didnt take up a lot of space and moved easy. I also wanted a better decline sit up bench. Im absolutely blown away by how well this bench achieved my goals. The attachments so far have been amazing. The sit up for legs is so comfortable. The bench really takes the weird pains out of working out that my old bowflex bench was causing. I have very high hopes for the other attachments!

Well worth it

I have a very small home gym, so when I buy equipment I want it to be versatile, multi-use, mobile, and easily storable. This bench checks all those boxes. It can do so many things that all of the other more popular adjustable benches simply can't do thanks to its attachments, and it does all of that without sacrificing its primary purpose--it's also really good at just being a bench. Sure, you can spend twice as much and get something with ultimately meaningless upgrades like thicker steel or slightly firmer padding or a slightly more comfortable seat, but none of that is worth the cost and you'll end up sacrificing that great versatility with the attachment system. For what it's worth, I also have a power rack, and most of the popular attachments you can buy for the super bench such as the leg extension, dip bar, preacher curl, etc., are cheaper than the equivalent power rack attachment, yet the quality is the same. I love the ability to adjust angles using your foot, it's much faster than all of the hand mechanisms I was used to when working out at commercial gyms. I also like that I can remove the seat to have a true zero-gap flat bench when I need it. I'm glad I bought this bench on sale for black friday, but after using it for a few weeks, I honestly would not have been upset if I had paid full price, I really believe it's worth it for the versatility alone. My only regret is that I didn't purchase a second set of wheels and a handle right away, but that's more of an extra convenience thing for an already very convenient and light-weight (relatively) bench. If you're on the fence between this and a similarly priced bench form a competitor (or even a higher priced bench), I'd absolutely recommend this one over the competition.

Very Nice

The Super Bench Pro V2 is the most versatile bench in the market right now. I specifically bought it because of the attachments you can add on to it. The bench is solidly built. The attachments I will use on it are the pull up bar and the dip bar which are both solid themselves. I am really glad I bought this bench.

The Best Adjustable Bench, period.

After looking at countless adjustable weight benches, I narrowed my search down to the REP AB-4100 and Ironmaster Super Bench Pro V2. The REP AB-4100 felt unstable and wobbled.

Thankfully, I got the Ironmaster Super Bench Pro V2 on Black Friday 2024. This is the best adjustable bench I've ever used. Solid, stable (no wobble), compact, and easy to move. Vinyl is great. You can attach the bench pad in either direction. I don't use the seat for low incline bench presses (it's not needed), so don't let that stop you from getting this great bench. I have a power rack and don't use attachments with this bench.

Very satisfied with this bench

This is a great bench. Garage Gym reviews website and YouTube review sold me on this bench. I wanted a bench that I could have for years, if not until I die, so it was logical for me to go with the best per the GG review. It is very easy to set up, getting it out of the box was the hardest part. Only required adding the feet to the legs, using 2 19" inch wrenches. The ease of setup was an additional major plus because I am not handy with tools and I did not want to have to use a lot of different sized tools and to figure out where all the screws and washers belong. I have been happy to use the various angles that the bench adjusts to, which was another major plus. It is very easy to adjust to the various angles. I will never have to test the 1000 pound capacity for the bench when flat, but I wanted to be sure I had one that I knew would not fail and cause injury. I would recommend this bench to anybody looking for the Cadillac of benches!

Really upped my home workout

This is what I would call my first good workout bench. I had previously owned a cheap big box store one and it was fine for a basic workout. However, the super bench pro v2 has been a massive step up, both in my confidence that the bench is not going to collapse under me and for versatility. There are a lot of really nice litte touches like having the angle of elevation on the bench, multiple seat positions, a nice comfy one piece pad, handle and wheels for storage. I have also been using the ab and dip attachments, which also help improve the versatility. They are both great, though it is a bit wobbly when doing dips. Otherwise I have fond it to be pretty much perfect in every way.

Super Bench Pro V2

Excellent bench, love the fact there's no gap. The width on the bench lets you get deep into the press! Got to get used to bringing the dumbbells into position when in the incline position. Give it a 10!

Best bench ever!

I’ve had my Super Bench pro V2 for a month now and I still smile every time I use it. It is absolutely perfect. I’m 6’4” and it fits me beautifully in the upright positions, is easy to adjust, and feels super solid in all positions. This is the only one to buy. I’ll be buying a second one for my summer house. Great bench

I wanted a good solid bench that could be the center of my workout, but not take up all the area in my workout room. This is a compact yet extremely solid bench that allows my workouts to expand in many directions with the numerous attachments. But alone, it is a super stand alone bench, looks great too!

Perched my supper bench pro 2 to replace my old out of date bench best decision I’ve made love the attachments chin up bar and crunch sit-up attachment was so in pressed I ordered the preacher curl attachment which they would let you upgrade the padding at order but I’m pleased with my new bench

Outstanding!

I purchased this bench along with the pull up bar, dip bar and preacher curl attachment. I couldn't have asked for a better product. I weigh about 220lbs so was a little concerned about how sturdy the bench would be while using the attachments and it is rock solid. Easy to assemble and to go from one exercise to the next. Perfect start to my home gym setup!

Fantastic bench

I bought this bench as an upgrade to my home gym setup. I was looking for a moderately priced piece of equipment that was sturdy, high quality, easy to use, and simple to assemble. I think this bench surpassed all of my expectations. It came very well packaged and I had it setup within 10 minutes. I've used it almost daily since I received it.

This bench is incredible. I was looking for something small and light, but still sturdy and high quality. I don't have a lot of space in my home gym, so this bench is perfect. I got most of the attachments, and also the extra wheels and handle. Having no gap in the flat bench position is a game changer. I don't know how anyone could ever buy any other bench than this one. Excellent bench, checks all the boxes

Good quality, mostly assembled when it arrived, sturdy, easy to move, easy to adjust, and with accessories it is more than a bench. I'm glad I waited for it to become available instead buying one of the more expensive/less configurable competitive products.

I purchased this bench based on the great reviews. It does not disappoint. It's so great to slide in the seat instead of fumbling with pins and angles. What a great idea. The construction is so good. This bench is extremely stable. Now it's time to buy accessories. Go for it!

My old bench spontaneously declined, squeaked , tipped over, and I had to weld it back together once so I have been looking to replace it for a long time.
I wanted a high quality bench that worked in my 12' X 11" space. I watched countless reviews before making my decision. I noticed that most of the well followed reviewers liked this bench. The features that I liked were the removable seat as it opens up body positions impossible on other benches, the range of available accessories and the ability to incline virtually 90 degrees from the floor. The apprehension to buy it was the single post design concerned me for stability and at this price, would it be good enough to justify the cost.
I am completely pleased with it and have absolutely no regrets! I made the right choice. Its super stable there is no movement of any kind in use. The feet grab the floor better than my old one too so once it is in place it stays there. The mechanism is smooth and works perfectly. I am still finding different things this bench can do that others cant.

I read in another review about having trouble bench pressing on this with the feet up on the bench and the good suggestion to buy the head extension. While I never recommend benching this way, due to that loss of stability, I find myself doing this now due to an injury. I did not buy the extension thinking I could get it later if I needed it. A workaround is using the seat that comes with the bench in the lowest hole but putting it parallel with the bench instead of perpendicular. That extends it enough for me to use it for a foot platform. Note that it is slightly lower than the bench but it doesn't bother me.

This is a solid adjustable bench that was easy to assemble and it's light which makes it great to move around easily. I do wish it had the increments on both sides of the foot adjustment. Other than that it's a great bench.

Fantastic piece of equipment. I've used the bench for a month and I am quite happy with it. Other family members are using it that wouldn't use my old bench. There are many great features but the one I enjoy the most is how easy it is to move aroung.

High quality and sturdy piece of equipment. ive been lookin at many difrent benches out there but what sold me on this one was the floor to height distance, im 5"8 so now i can firmly plant my feet on the floor. the padding is great and wont have you slipping, the other great thing about this bench is its many attachments. now the only thing i dislike abut it is the seat when at an incline position their is slight disconfort on my legs. over all its a solid build and highly recomend it.
